The artist's studio is located in downtown Haifa, surrounded by neglected, derelict buildings. ​He paints these buildings' facades with broad strokes, layer upon layer.
In Noy's painting, the facades themselves turn into canvas. Layers of paint and plaster carry the marks of time, like a colorful visual testimony.
