Marijn van Kreij talked about his work and quoted Ad Reinhardt (I think) saying: each painter should have his own black square. He mentioned Kazimir Malevich and others who painted for a while black squares. Van Kreij talked about his black square as it is for him the origin of refinement. It sounds, like a black hole, black square can be the beginning and the end of everything .
