Last Saturday, after I visited many Amsterdam galleries, I found myself in the Akinci gallery raising my head to this work. Stéphanie Saadé build this beautiful lamp, the upper part is a broken chandelier which cannot light anymore and glass tears are still hanging around as a remembrance of better times. Below, hanged a plum energy saving lamp which blinded me long after I left.
