I travelled to Rotterdam, with high expectations on my way to visiting The Nederlands Fotomuseum Rotterdam.  Cristian Boltanski exhibits there his work “Chance”. The work and the idea of the work look familiar, like it was done before. The tension, the mystery and the fears that he knew to create are not there. It is a weak work.
It is not enough to bring a big name to a museum; it has to be also a good art work.
