Nadine van Veldhuizen created a strong tension between the different parts of the sculpture. She posed the body in a position which might be unbearable for a regular people. At the same time she combined different materials which divided the body into areas.  The relations between the materials, their structure and colors add to the tension between the sculpture parts and increase the tension between the art work and the viewer.
