In this work of Ursula Hübner we face distorted figures with impossible connected organs. What is perceived here is a grotesque distortion that could exist elsewhere in a product promotion. This and other works in the exhibition “Grotesque” annulled the differences between grotesque and porn, between grotesque and advertisement. The figures in the works with pervert expressions and a threatening look remind me of the devilish smile on the face of Joker, Superman's eternal enemy. He also had to live with the brutal cutting of his mouth, to live with a twisted face forever, so this will promote the image of the beautiful and benevolent Superman.
